Hemofarm upgrades to Media-Soft Multichannel CRM/CLM Solution

Cakovec – 2, November, 2015 – After some years running the Media-Soft CRM, Hemofarm AD decided to deploy the all new Multichannel CRM/CLM iPad solution from Media-Soft. Hemofarm joins a growing list of pharmaceuticals that migrates to the Multichannel CRM/CLM solution from Media-Soft. The entire project was very ambitious and robust since Hemofarm goal was to make the final solution interdisciplinary.

Speaking from Belgrade and Hemofarm Head Office, mr Gordan Maksovic, the Sales Director states: ’Migrating to the mobile CLM application, represents a natural step forward in the development of Hemofam’s marketing approach to the market and clients. The fast response to changes in the environment, managing the contents of professional presentations, practically, an on line insight into the work of field associates and possibilities of measuring the efficiency of promotional campaigns were the main drivers to develop the CLM project. Not to forget also our medical representatives, to whom the activity of recording visits has been facilitated and shortened, therefore they can invest the remaining time in the additional quality of their additional visits.”

Also, from Hemofarm, Mr Marko Devrnja, the Marketing Support Director points out: “ The whole project was completed in line with the defined phases and deadlines, therefore already the next day, after the first training of medical representatives, we started using CLM tool on the field. In my opinion, the most important aspect of migrating to CLM is integration of advanced functionalities of application and additional functionalities that we successfully developed, at our request with Media Soft.”
