We offer a wide range of modules that are developed just for the pharmaceutical needs. That’s why we are Pharmacentric. We offer 24 different modules that can be integrated whenever you need. So a customer can start with a basic option and later implement every other single module.
Some of the modules are:
Persons.
Database of all persons (doctors, pharmacist, etc.). For each person it is possible to enter quality data as well (can be defined during implementation). For each person data from other modules are accessible from this module (subventions, targeting, visits, plans, projects, etc.). Module has a filter which can be used to identify specific group of persons according to different criteria.
Institutions.
Database of all institutions. As well as in person module it is possible to use filter in order to target specific group of institutions on the market. All data from other modules related to institutions can be seen in this module for each institution separately.
Visit planning.
Module for visit planning is excellent tool for Sales Representative work optimization. Plan can be created on a daily and weekly basis, for institutions or persons. As several SR’s can contact same person, conflict manager tool is preventing that one person is contacted more than once in desired time period. If plans are recurrent, they can easily be copied in the calendar. Several analyses for plan fulfillment are available.
Visit reporting.
Once visit is made, this module is used for reporting, either visits to the person or to the institutions. For each visit information about the discussed product can be entered, as well as quantity of material given to the client, costs, survey results, etc. For institution visits, along with previous information, present persons can be entered.
Daily report.
This module provides Sales Representatives to easily create daily reports and to track their travel costs. All important information’s about the activities are recorded.
Wholesales sales.
Tracking results, sales can be performed by importing the wholesalers sales data. That way, sale can be tracked more accurately, right to the specific institution.
IMS Sales.
Another possibility of tracking sales is to track it according to IMS bricks.
Data View.
Module for a creation of a different modified analysis. Make an analysis by your own criteria. Great number of already predefined analysis is included in Sales Vision.
Marketing plan.
Module for creating and tracking marketing plans. Managers can create plans which are automatically distributed to responsible SR’s providing them with specific goals for their work. Tracking of plan fulfillment is automated and it can be according to plan or Sales Representative.
Cost and subventions.
Tracking of all costs (Marketing material, actions) and subventions to different congresses or meetings can be done through this module. It can be tracked according to specific person or institution or other criteria.
Project.
Module for planning and tracking different kind of projects. Suitable for introducing a new product on the market or different marketing activities. Provides overview of all projects, persons involved in specific projects and cost of them.
Survey.
You can create surveys which are presented to your clients. This survey can be defined as required in every visit. Also after the survey creation we support quality data analysis for these module.
Direct mail.
By using Direct Mail module you have a possibility to use powerful filters, create your specific group of people or institutions that you want to address and send them specifically designed e-mail message or to print envelopes or labels.
Supervision.
Tracking professional development of your own employees is easy in Supervision module. Create quarterly evaluations or full employee evaluations or make a record of Double calls. You can create a set of questions or guidelines for evaluating an employee. Tracking can be done through various reports.
MES.
Module for Merchandising Evaluation Sheet for institutions or other criteria.
Marketing calendar.
Congresses and competitors can be tracked through this module. It will provide you with a better overview of the market activity.
Stock management.
Module for Stock Management of samples, promotional material and gifts. Handles stock in the Headquarter and Sales representatives.
Microtargeting.
A module for more accurate targeting of your clients (person or institutions). By answering different set of questions, which you create, system automatically determines in which category your client is. The result can be optimized, which ensures that you have fully optimized segmentation.
Sales Plan.
Module for creating sales plans for each sales representative individually. Tracking of plan fulfillment is associated with possibility of creating bonuses for a plan fulfillment.
eTest.
Formal or informal way of testing your employees knowledge can be done through this module. Module can also be used to test the knowledge of your clients about your products or to make different surveys and market research. Easily create or edit questions, create test or survey and get full analysis from the answers.
Data analysis.
Possibility to analyze data in different forms. Includes predefined reports for analysis of Visits, Physicians, Territories, Sales data, Daily expanses, Daily working time. Reports can be customized using report parameters and they can be exported to Excel, text, Word.
Data-View module for Ad-hoc Data analysis enables creating user-definable reports on different criteria and expands reporting module, so user can create own reports according their specific needs, save reports and share them with other users.
