The Sales Vision® implementation process is designed to provide a successful and optimal implementation of Sales Vision® for your organization. Our major concern is to ensure that your Sales Vision® implementation goes smoothly and as planned for your organization in few weeks. A typical Sales Vision® implementation process includes as a first step a business process review. We consult how to improve the customer relationship management.

After that we will identify the goals and scope of the project by considering your organizations overall support strategy. It means the process of scheduling deliverable deadlines including installation, configuration and rollout. To decrease the risk we manage possible risk situations by simulating different scenarios.

After installation the priority is to educate customers stuff. With Sales Vision®, minimal user training is required. However, custom education services are available to help your organization formulate better business processes using Sales Vision®. Sales Vision® offers educations for project teams, and end users. If training several employees is required, our on-site training option may be a convenient and cost-effective option. After the implementation of Sales Vision we organize two regular educations. If you need continuous education we offer a subscription for our Sales Vision Academy, the official education centre for all of our users.

After installation and training we would like to say that our partnership is starting. Media-Soft provides on-going customer support for general user questions and for updating any configurations with your Sales Vision®.
