Dear visitors, Another successful year has come to an end. I hope that this year has been succuessful for you and that the next one will be even more successful than this one. I would, once again, like to greet the newest Sales Vision users and Wellcome them in our Sales Vision community. Recently, Bayer in Romania, Berlin-Chemie Menarini in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina have decided to use Sales Vision as their CRM solution in their everyday work and Dietpharm who updated to Sales Vision Pharma CRM and decided to use it for the field force as well. This year Media-Soft decided to put a great deal of effort in quality management, for the product as well as for the quality of business system. We have implemented ISO 9000 quality management system in our company, which represents the foundation on which quality will be built. Next year we are starting with the implementation of GAMP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice in Pharmaceutical industry) which will ensure you even greater quality and compliance with FDA evolving expectations for provider as well as with IT system validation issues. Also, I would like to use this opportunity to thank all of you who came to our first annual user conference “Sales Vision Pharma Summit 2007”, that was held in Marina Frapa, 21st and 22nd of April this year. I hope that you have enjoyed the conference and that you will do us the honor and be our guests next year as well. Those of you who did not manage to join us this year; I hope that you will not miss out the conference next year. This year, just before our user conference, there was the biggest Pharma summit held in Monaco, where Media-Soft was one of the exhibitors. I was very glad when I have met some of you over there. Allow me to use this opportunity to invite you all to our new premises in Čakovec. From 1st of July we are working in our new office which is a state of the art facility that will help us in our everyday work and provide more efficient operations for our clients. Premises are consisted out of 800 m2 modernly equipped offices along with new conference room and classroom for education of our clients. This enables our employees’ comfortable working environment for their everyday work and future development. I would like to thank all of your for the successful cooperation we had so far and I am sure that we will continue this cooperation in the upcoming 2008 and further in the future.
