Sales Vision Pharma Summit 2008 was a huge success
Second Sales Vision
Pharma Summit, was held in Biograd na moru, on Croatian
coast, 15th and 16th of May this year.
This Summit was more successful than the last one in every
aspect, more interesting lectures and more speakers resulted
in even greater satisfaction of the delegates from whole
central and eastern Europe.

Alkaloid AD
decides to implement Sales Vision as their Global CRM solution
After Alkaloid Croatia have been using Sales Vision Pharma
CRM, quite successfully, for some time now, Alkaloid in Skopje decided
to implement Sales Vision as their global CRM solution in all of their
branch offices.
Macedonia is the first office where Sales Vision will be implemented
after which other offices in Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina,
Bulgaria are following. Implementations in other countries will follow
in second phase, until all of their offices are using Sales Vision.
Alkaloid is using Sales Vision Enterprise which will enable the
management in central office in Skopje to have full overview of all
other countries, which is one the most important reasons why they
decided to implement Sales Vision as a global solution.

Media-Soft on Faculty of
Organization and Informatics
On Wednesday, 19th of December, Media-Soft had given lecture to
the students of final year of Faculty of Organization and Informatics
in Varaždin as a part of CRM course which is lead by prof.dr.sc. Neven
Vrček and doc.dr.sc. Goran Bubaš˝.
Throughout the lectures, students were able to see Customer
Relationship Management in the practice, after whole year of
theoretical knowledge.
˝Faculty of Organization and Informatics is one of the most esteemed
Croatian Faculties and we are very glad that they have recognized the
leader in the sphere of CRM in Croatia. Time that was allocated for
the lectures was not enough for all of the questions that students
had, which is an excellent indicator of their interest in CRM.
I would like to thank doc. Bubaš˝ and prof. Vrček for inviting us to
give the lecture, it was our pleasure and we will always be glad to
help the faculty and their students˝, said Damir Šafarić, CEO of

Team Building
After sailing, rafting and other exhibitions, this year
Media-Soft choose a jeep safari through middle Velebit. 60 km long
route through Velebit with several professional safari jeeps is the
scenario of this year team building in Media-Soft. Velebit is the
biggest mountain in the Croatia with the richest flora and fauna which
makes this safari one of the greatest experiences for the nature
lovers. Also, one of the reasons why we choose safari through Velebit
for our team building is the most beautiful view on the Adriatic sea,
Croatian island and Velebit it self. After several hours of safari,
walking and enjoying the nature our adventure ended with a common meal
from Lika.

offices along with new conference room and classroom for education of

environment for their everyday work and future development.

Implementation of integrated quality management system ISO 9001
started.
In our constant effort of business process improvement, product and
service quality also considering the needs of all interested parties,
we are happy to announce that we have started the implementation of
integrated quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2000
standard.
Bearing
in mind that the needs and expectations of our clients are constantly
changing and the competition and technological development,
organizations are forced to constantly improve their services and
processes. ISO 9001 standard determines all requirements for quality
management system that applies for internal needs of organization. It
focuses on efficiency of quality management system in fulfilling the
requirements of clients.
Implementation and certification is planed in September 2007 and we
hope that this will help us to improve even more our product and
service that we provide for our clients.

5th annual Sales Force Effectiveness Summit
- Monaco
2007
The
fifth annual eyeforpharma
Sales Force Effectiveness Summit,
Europe took place from 7-9 of March, 2007 in
Monaco. The conference is Europe's premier sales strategy forum for
the pharmaceutical industry. Every year, it attracts the most renowned
experts in pharmaceutical sales management. This year, more than 700
senior pharmaceutical industry executives from the most distinguished
companies from all around the world attended the summit. Along with
educational part of the conference there is also exhibition, where
diverse solutions for pharmaceutical marketing and sales are shown.
This
year, summit lasted for three days, in which it hosted more than 700
delegates and more than 50 exhibitors from all over the world. Summit
featured 37 lectures and discussions, 14 interactive workshops and 19
round tables.
For
the first time this year, Media-Soft was present on the summit as
sponsor and exhibitor. We have successfully presented our market
leading system ˝Sales Vision Pharma CRM˝ which resulted with great
interest in many visitors. Numerous contacts have been made which
could result with implementation of the system in countries of Western
Europe, especially in UK, Germany and Portugal. That way Media-Soft
would be present in whole Europe. In addition, great contacts for
expansion on African market have been made.

Croatian Information Technology Society (CITS)
an independent vocational association of institutions interested in
development, promotion and advancement of application of information
and related technology in Croatia, awarded Media-Soft with a
prestigious award ˝Information Plaque 2006˝ for promotion and
improvement of information technology in Republic of Croatia.
