Again a very hectic year is behind us but this 2016 was unusual and amazing in every meaning. First of all, Mediasoft celebrated 20 years of existence and dedication to life-science. At the time when I founded the company I never imagined what kind of impact Mediasoft will make. It was a long and very hard journey to build up a company which is considered as one of the leading Pharma CRM vendors worldwide.
The overall plan of Mediasoft for 2016 is achieved from perspective of customer base, technology improvements and future projects.
First of all in 2016 we won many international tenders and new implementations. Just to mention some of the new most strategic partners in 2016: Valeant, Pharmaswiss, Ferring, Mundipharma, Stada and many others. Overall just in 2016 our solutions where deployed in 14 countries while in 42 countries in total our solutions are in usage.
From the technology perspective we introduced the all new iPad platform, Sales Vision NEXT. End of 2015 we started the project of programming a brand new iOS app which will fit in the new technology standards of coding and engineering. Further, my idea was that on our celebration of 20 years of existence we should introduce something incremental new and this was packaged into the brand new Sales Vision NEXT. We consider Sales Vision NEXT as the ultimate and most advanced Pharma CRM app ever designed for iOS. The feedback and outcome from many different pharmaceuticals is just amazing and encouraging.
The biggest step forward from perspective of new technology and R&D we embed with our project “Maestro”. I still cannot share many details about the project “Maestro” but in 2017 we will change many things in Multichannel and SFE in life-science.
Media-Soft is heading in the right direction, and we eager to move in the future with clear goals and priorities to the challenging 2017. The achieved goals and learned lessons we will incorporate in our global business practices, products and know-how. We will continue with our passion to innovations, to recognise the needs of managers and medical reps for more mobility whether they live, in mature or emerging markets. Already we have singed some new contracts for implementation in early 2017 for Sales Vision CRM but BookVision CLM. Our commitment is constant, to be innovative, flexible and breath pharmacentric.
