Cakovec Croatia – 4 , April, 2016 – Amicus the new pharma start-up from Switzerland deployed Media-Soft Multichannel CRM solutions for several markets.
The decision was to implement the flagship product of Media-Soft to support the sales/medical teams of Amicus in their daily field and operational work. Implementation of Media-Soft CRM/CLM tools was finished in two months after Amicus was able to run with Media-Soft CRM.
Speaking from Croatia, the VP of sales and marketing from Media-Soft, Dario Safaric stated: ”As an start-up Amicus had the chance to setup each process including CRM in the best way.
